A Nashville-based company specializing in commercial storefronts, curtain walls, and architectural metal panels is seeking a Fabrication Engineering Manager.

In this role, you will lead a small team of Fabrication/CNC Programming Coordinators, focusing on CNC programming, machinery maintenance, and software inputs (Glazier Studio, LogiKal, GDS types). You'll ensure accurate shop drawings for curtain wall and storefront projects, manage schedules, and oversee workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CNC programming and manage fabrication documents for precision.
• Supervise CNC machinery and software inputs (Eulacad, Glazier Studio, LogiKal).
• Coordinate project schedules, revisions, and team workflow.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of CNC programming and fabrication document experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and software tools like Glazier Studio, LogiKal, and GDS.
• Strong leadership skills with 3-4 direct reports.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and manufacturer instructions.
