What You'll Do:
- Assist the fabrication and production team with daily operations.
- Load, unload, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Measure, prepare, and move materials accurately according to specifications.
- Safely use hand and power tools, including drills, grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment.
- Support warehouse organization, inventory, and material handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work closely with supervisors and teammates to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
What We're Looking For:
- A reliable, motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Someone who enjoys hands-on work and learning new skills.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate measurements.
- Experience in fabrication, construction, installation, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred—but we're willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude.
