Fabrication Inventory Control Lead

We are looking for a motivated individual in Macedonia, Ohio, to join our growing team as a Fabrication Inventory Control Lead. This position is ideal for someone with some fabrication and warehouse experience who is detail-oriented and comfortable reading blueprints. If you enjoy working with small parts, using a tape measure, and supporting manufacturing operations, we want to hear from you.

Hours
Monday – Friday
6:00 am – 6:00 pm

Pay
$20.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and organize parts for jobs; put away all incoming materials accurately
  • Maintain inventory organization and tracking for current stock and new inventory
  • Read and interpret blueprints and build instructions to support production needs
  • Fabricate simple parts and assist with light building tasks as needed
  • Operate and maintain supporting equipment including shears, cut-off saws, and various hand tools
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and production support
  • Follow instructions and adapt to new processes while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; 2–4 year degree or related training preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or parts picking is beneficial
  • Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving and math skills
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical instructions
  • Strong organizational skills and dependability with punctuality focus
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with order picking and blueprint reading

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED at minimum
  • Prior experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory control
