- Lead day-to-day supervision, engagement, and development of your team (coaching, training, relationship building)
- Work side-by-side with employees, modeling a strong “lead by example” approach
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to guide fabrication
- Monitor performance, manage department costs, and stay within budget
- Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Ensure product quality meets customer specifications and maintain strong customer relationships
Promote and enforce safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
Oversee fabrication of custom polyethylene structures using fusion equipment, tools, cranes, and forklifts.
Leadership experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or similar Strong coaching and team development skills, Ability to read technical drawings , lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods and Hands-on mindset with mechanical aptitudeR
