Compensation Range: $120K+
- Experience managing fabrication/parts processing operations, including multiple supervisors and shifts
- Strong understanding of GD&T, technical drawings, and tight tolerances
- Experience with production scheduling, workflow, and improving production flow
- Knowledge of lasers, plasma, oxy-fuel, press brakes, welding, shears, saws, machining, and plate cutting
- Experience overseeing CNC programming and fabrication teams
