Fabrication Manager

• Must have experience multiple shifts, leading Supervisors and teams responsible for cutting, machining, stretch-forming, assembly, and other value-added fabricated metal manufacturing processes.
• This will be a critical role where the candidate will be leading a strong culture of safety while ensuring production, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance consistently meet or exceed expectations.
• Must have experience with key business metrics, production performance, costs, and financial results while developing and executing strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall departmental performance.
• This position will be responsible for Leading, coach, and develop Supervisors and employees while creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth across all shifts.
• Ability to work closely with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Sales, Quality, and outside processing partners to solve complex manufacturing challenges, improve processes, and deliver high-quality metal products to customers.
