Schedule: Weekend Shift | Friday–Sunday | 5:00 AM- 5:30 PM

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Fabrication Metal Prep workers for a leading manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality products by operating equipment, performing finishing work, and ensuring products meet specifications. What You’ll Do as a Fabrication Metal Prep:- Set up and operate standard manufacturing equipment
- Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Complete and maintain production paperwork, including data entry into Epicor
- Use and maintain hand tools to set up, troubleshoot, and operate equipment
- Deburr, buff, and polish materials to required specifications
- Perform quality inspections and required quality control checks
- Review and interpret job orders using Epicor
What You Need to Bring to the Fabrication Metal Prep Role:- 2+ years of manufacturing experience required
- Ability to read instructions, safely operate machinery, and inspect parts visually
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy and timeliness in completing assignments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to read, write, and understand plant directives in English
- Reliable transportation to the Faribault area preferred
