What You'll Do as a Fabrication Operator:- Generate CNC programs from shop drawings using CAD software and Excel
- Operate fabrication equipment such as panel saws, routers, and LAMs
- Create assembly drawings to support production processes
- Prepare fabrication tickets for metal work operations
- Coordinate production requirements including packaging and shipping instructions
- Review and revise shop drawings based on production changes
- Release complete and accurate production packets to manufacturing
- Communicate instructions and updates clearly to production teams
What You Need to Bring to the Fabrication Operator Role:- Experience in operating fabrication machinery such as routers, panel saws, or similar equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
- Experience with CAD software and Excel preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with production teams
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in programming
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to production changes
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow technical instructions
