About the Role: As a Fabrication Operator, you’ll help turn aluminum profiles into customer-ready parts using fabrication equipment and measuring tools. You’ll work with punch presses, drills, saws, and precision instruments to keep production moving and on-spec.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 4:30pm - 3:00am.
Overtime during peak production periods, Friday 4:30pm-12am.
What You’ll Do:
Operate fabrication machinery such as punch presses, drills, and saws.
Fabricate aluminum profiles to customer specifications.
Inspect parts and final products for accuracy and quality.
Complete work orders accurately and on time.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
What You Bring:
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to use a tape measure, calipers, and micrometer.
Basic math; blueprint reading preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Dependability and a safety-focused mindset.
