Fabrication Production Trainee
Location: Kearney, NE
Pay: $18.00-19.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6: 00 AM-4: 30 PM
Overtime: Fridays and Saturdays as needed

What You'll Do
Support daily fabrication and production operations
Operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, punches, shears and other machinery
Assist with CNC machine operations
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Move materials using forklifts, cranes, hoists and other material handling equipment
Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns
Follow safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Previous CNC or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints preferred
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
High School Diploma or GED preferred
