Pay: $20/hour

Our client is a Union Shop through IBEW with benefits starting after 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities of the Production Worker:
The production worker supports all areas of production as directed by the foreman. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Grinding, finishing, and preparing enclosures to customer specifications
  • Operating press brakes, hand & power tools to form sheet metal components
  • Assembling components including hardware, gaskets, and doors.
  • Verifying dimensional accuracy using precision measurement tools
  • Operating a forklift to move & stage materials
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Documenting material and quality control issues as required

Requirements of the Production Worker:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand & power tools
  • Ability to read, or willingness to learn to read production drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Manufacturing or shop experience preferred, but not required
