Fabrication Sewing Technician – Large-Format Graphics

Do you read a tape measure without thinking? Do clean seams and exact corners make your day? Join us as a Fabrication Sewing Technician focused on large-format fabric and vinyl graphics.

What you’ll do

• Inspect both printed and unprinted materials to verify quality and accuracy before work begins.
• Measure, calculate, trim, match, sew, fit, and package fabric and vinyl graphics to precise specifications.
• Operate sewing machines and finishing tools (knives, scissors, rulers, and other measuring devices) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and your workstation; follow all safety procedures and keep the area clean.
• Log production progress and labor time with accuracy.
• Partner with production teams to meet deadlines and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist with training and mentoring Fabric Finishing personnel as needed.
• Handle other responsibilities as directed by the Graphic Production Fabric Finishing Supervisor, Fabric Finishing Leads, the Manager of Graphic Production, or other Graphic Production Supervisors.

Your toolset and strengths

• Fluent in sewing techniques, terminology, and measurement practices.
• Comfortable with basic math and geometry, including fractional math.
• Effective communicator who follows written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills for production systems.
• Confident with tape measures, scissors, clamps, fabric weights, knives, and similar tools.
• Excellent hand skills, detail orientation, and a fast-learning approach.

Schedule & environment

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.
• Climate-controlled warehouse setting.
