What You’ll Be Doing

• Learning the ins and outs of our fabrication process.
• Assisting in creating top-quality ductwork systems.
• Working closely with experienced team members.
• Gradually taking on leadership responsibilities.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with every project.

Responsibilities

- Fabricate HVAC ductwork and fittings using plasma table, roll forming equipment, and press brake

- Assist with fireplace-related fabrication

- Maintain shop organization and cleanliness

- Support installation teams with accurate, timely work

- Learn and apply field measurement processes

- Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency
