This entry level position encompasses many duties, including sandblasting, part cleaning, and cut saw operation while ensuring the highest level of quality of all parts produced
Essential Functions
- Follow production paperwork (work orders).
- Sandblast brazed copper and welded aluminum components.
- Deburr parts with drill press and clean parts coming from the brazing line.
- Run cut saw station, including loading and unloading material to the machine or racks, setting up the saw to specified lengths, cutting and stacking materials as outlined by work orders.
- Maintain a satisfactory level of efficiency and quality in work produced.
- Demonstrate safety awareness, good workmanship practices, and continuous improvement.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Production experience a plus.
- Some computer skills needed.
- Ability to work in a high heat environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills needed.
- Must be available to work overtime hours on a shift or mandatory Friday overtime.
Education Requirements
- High School equivalent and 18 years of age
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift as much as 50 lbs. several times a day.
- Must be able to stand for the vast majority of the shift.
- Must be able to perform manual work in a non-climate-controlled factory setting.
Shift Details
3rd Shift is Sun - Wed, 4X10hr shifts, 8:15 pm – 6:45 am.
All employees are expected to work overtime hours as needed.
Overtime is typically twice a month on Fridays and are 8-hour shifts.
