LOCATION: Tigard, OR

SCHEDULE: Full-time; Swing Shift | Mon-Thurs – 2:00pm-12:30am

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Fabricate, assemble, and install plastic components and systems by following work orders, drawings, and specifications using a variety of plastic materials and fabrication techniques.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, plastic welding equipment, and shop machinery safely and effectively to cut, shape, machine, and join plastic materials.
  • Inspect completed work using measuring tools and quality standards to ensure parts meet specifications, and report any issues or discrepancies to a supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, accurately complete required documentation, communicate effectively with team members, and assist with other duties as assigned.
     

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and shop equipment, or the willingness to learn.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Reliable team player with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, the ability to work independently when needed, and a commitment to workplace safety; valid driver's license preferred.
     

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
 
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and use of hands to operate fabrication equipment, tools, and precision measuring instruments throughout the workday. Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds and safely work in manufacturing, clean room, customer-site, and other industrial environments while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
