What You’ll Do as a Fabrication Technician:- Operate saw equipment to cut materials according to specifications
- Deburr, drill, and tap holes in sheet metal and machine components
- Operate drill presses and other fabrication equipment safely and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production of parts
- Perform basic machine maintenance and upkeep as required
- Select and use proper tooling for fabrication projects
- Produce quality parts that meet company standards within established timeframes
What You Need to Bring to the Fabrication Technician Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of fabrication, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of fabrication tools, equipment, and proper tooling selection
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
