What Separates You From The Rest.
You bring strong mechanical aptitude and a natural comfort with tools, measurements, and hands-on work. You understand the importance of accuracy and can confidently read a tape measure, follow dimensions, and complete work with attention to detail. Experience in fabrication, plumbing, construction, mechanical assembly, or a similar trade is highly valued, especially if you’re comfortable reading basic drawings or eager to learn. You are dependable, motivated, and take pride in producing quality work. Just as important, you’re someone who can grow from working alongside a team to becoming a self-sufficient contributor. The ability to lift 30–40 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods is also important in this role.
What You Will Own.
In this role, you will help cut, assemble, and fabricate plastic components, piping systems, and related assemblies using hand and power tools. You will be responsible for following work orders, drawings, and measurements carefully to ensure parts are built accurately and meet quality expectations. You’ll use tools such as saws, drills, and routers to shape and fit materials, and you may also perform plumbing-style work involving the fitting and joining of piping systems. You will play an important role in checking your work with measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and supporting production goals. Over time, you’ll be expected to build the confidence and skill to work more independently while continuing to deliver reliable, precise results.
