Description:
Cannonball Recruiting is currently seeking skilled Miscellaneous Fabricator/Welder positions for a Structural Fabrication company in Lancaster, PA. This position assists the Shop Foreman to produce projects within labor hours, within material quantities, and within the annual quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
Miscellaneous fabrication/welding experience in stairs and railings
2yrs. Fabrication/welding experience
Must be able to fabricate and fit structural steel
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Ability to read blueprints and understand/read weld symbols
Operate structural fabrication equipment
Run saws, brakes, drills,
Structural steel welding
Strong personal character and integrity
Independent decision making
Work with minimal direction
Valid driver’s license a plus
