Miscellaneous Fabricator/Welder
Shift: Monday through Friday - 10-12 hours a day; typical hours are 6:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $20-27/hr.

Description:
- Cannonball Recruiting is currently seeking skilled Miscellaneous Fabricator/Welder positions for a Structural Fabrication company in Lancaster, PA. This position assists the Shop Foreman to produce projects within labor hours, within material quantities, and within the annual quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Miscellaneous fabrication/welding experience in stairs and railings
- 2yrs. Fabrication/welding experience
- Must be able to fabricate and fit structural steel
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to read blueprints and understand/read weld symbols
- Operate structural fabrication equipment
- Run saws, brakes, drills,
- Structural steel welding
- Strong personal character and integrity
- Independent decision making
- Work with minimal direction
- Valid driver’s license a plus
