Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of fabrication experience, knowledge of equipment like saws, lathes, and mills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Key duties include producing high-quality parts, keeping the workspace organized, following safety protocols, and showing professionalism and teamwork. Overtime may be required. This position involves no travel and requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to handle tense situations.
