This is not typical assembly line work-the environment emphasizes low repetition & high customization, requiring adaptability, craftsmanship, & attention to detail. Successful candidates will thrive in a prototype & development environment, with work complexity ranging from entry-level (Level 1) to subject matter expert (Level 3). -Fabrication and Assembly: Expertly fabricate & assemble interior panels & assemblies according to precise, program-specific processes. Manage multiple unique projects simultaneously, ensuring each meets stringent quality & customization standards -Trim to Fit & Customization: Precisely trim, shape, & fit components to meet unique design requirements, demonstrating advanced customization skills for complex assemblies.
