Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join a growing metal fabrication team. This hands‑on role is ideal for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship, precision, and producing quality metal components. The Fabricator will be responsible for welding, cutting, assembling, and inspecting metal parts while working from drawings and specifications in a fast‑paced shop environment.

What You'll Do

• Fabricate and assemble metal components using MIG and stick welding
• Cut, shape, and fit materials using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications
• Measure and inspect finished parts using micrometers and precision tools
• Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in metal fabrication or a similar role
• Welding experience (MIG and stick required)
• Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with fabrication tools
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check
• DOT physical required
