Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Technical training in fabrication, manufacturing, or related field is a plus

Experience Requirements

• Previous fabrication and assembly experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Experience operating fabrication equipment including saws, presses, and benders
• Welding experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards

Job Duties

• Perform advanced fabrication and assembly of mechanical and electrical components
• Read and interpret detailed drawings, schematics, and fabrication plans
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, presses, benders, and welding tools as needed
• Fit, align, and assemble complex products to specification
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Assist with additional fabrication and assembly projects as assigned
