2nd - Mon-Fri (3pm to 11:30pm)
Description:
This is an entry-level position to learn the process of assembly and installation of pipes in units by performing the following duties in reasonable and productive frames:
Qualifications:
Ability to bend, cut, and shape metal.
Ability to use acetylene and oxygen torch set.
Must be able to read and understand blueprints
Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/8th inch
Must be able to use hand tools.
Experience with Brazing and/or TIG welding is helpful.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Job Duties
Cuts, threads, and bends pipe with a Hydraulic Pipe Bender or hand tools.
Assembles and installs variety of metal and nonmetal pipes, tubes, and fittings; including iron, steel, copper and plastic.
Train and work in multiple types of manufacturing positions (i.e. assembly, paint, wire and weld).
Other duties as assigned.
