What you’ll do
• Fabrication & Welding: Perform MIG welding and fabricate metal components used in urethane-lined wear parts for mining and industrial applications, ensuring precision and quality in every piece.
• Daily Operations: Read and interpret drawings, measure materials using tape measures, micrometers, calipers, and gauges, and operate machining tools such as pattern cutters, drill presses, and band saws to prepare and shape metal parts.
• Quality & Efficiency: Deliver accurate, high-quality fabricated components aligned with specifications, supporting production timelines with minimal errors or rework to reduce equipment downtime.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of experienced shop employees in a physically demanding environment, communicating effectively in English and Spanish to maintain smooth operations.
• Physical environment: standing for extended periods in a heat-exposed industrial shop environment.
• Travel Requirements: None required; role is fully onsite at the Eloy production facility.

What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
• Proven MIG welding experience with strong fabrication skills
• Ability to read and use precision measuring tools (tape measures, micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in heat and humidity
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for effective team communication
Nice-to-haves:
• Approximately 2 years of welding experience or recent graduate from a welding program
• Experience working in manufacturing, metalworking, or mining-related fabrication environments
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a self-motivated work ethic
• Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification to ensure quality and safety
