Fabricator

FieldBridge is looking for a direct hire for a Fabricator in Florence, Kentucky to work with the world's largest oilfield services company . 

Pay is $25–$28/hour | Monday–Thursday 4:00 AM–2:30 PM + Friday mandatory OT  | Overtime available | At $28/hr and 50 hrs/week for example, earn weekly paychecks of approximately $1,540 gross.

Position Overview
FieldBridge is seeking a Fabricator to support safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery for our client in Florence, KY. This role involves operating metal fabricating machinery, maintaining shop and field equipment, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate metal fabricating machines (rolls, shears, saws, punch presses, flanges, benders) to cut, bend, roll, flange, seam weld, and form plates, sheets, and structural shapes per layout, templates, and instructions
• Apply basic layout techniques and measuring tools including tape measures and calipers
• Detect and report unusual conditions or equipment issues to appropriate supervision
• Observe housekeeping standards and follow all prescribed safety precautions
• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Manufacturing System tools

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Basic blueprint reading ability
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Clear, professional communication with management and peers
• Basic computer skills: email, online certifications/testing
• Must live within commuting distance of Florence, KY
