Production Operator / Fabrication Associate
Location: Fremont, OH
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Production Operators / Fabrication Associates to join our team in Fremont, OH. This role supports manufacturing operations by operating equipment, assembling parts, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate fabrication machinery (die cutting, laminating, slitting, etc.)
- Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions
- Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
