General Labor Associate – Harrison Machine & Plastic
Location: 11614 State Route 88, Garrettsville, OH 44231 Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Harrison Machine & Plastic is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as General Labor Associates. This is a great opportunity for candidates with some industrial or manufacturing experience who are looking for long-term employment with a well-established company.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the production and fabrication of plastic products
Load and unload materials throughout the manufacturing process
Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
Trim, sand, deburr, and finish plastic components
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
Package products for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and work instructions
Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
Some industrial or manufacturing experience is required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work on your feet throughout the shift
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
