What You'll Do

• Perform MIG and Stick welding on metal parts based on specs
• Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment to cut, shape, and assemble materials
• Measure and check your work using micrometers and other tools to make sure everything is accurate
• Read and follow blueprints and shop drawings to get the job done right
• Work alongside a team to keep production moving safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety practices to keep yourself and your team protected

What We're Looking For

• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a similar hands-on trade
• Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and shop equipment
• Able to read blueprints and understand measurements
• Solid experience with MIG and Stick welding
• Strong attention to detail-you take pride in doing it right the first time
