About the Role:
Sign Effectz, Inc. is looking for a skilled Fabricator to join our team in Milwaukee, WI! Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and finish a variety of commercial and custom signage products
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders to meet project specifications
• Operate fabrication equipment including saws, routers, welders, and bending tools
• Work with materials such as aluminum, steel, acrylic, PVC, and other sign substrates
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company and client standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
• Collaborate with production team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sign fabrication, metal fabrication, or a related manufacturing trade
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Experience with welding (MIG/TIG), metal forming, or routing is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks in a shop environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
