Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3 PM - 12 AM

Job Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Fabricate and assemble metal components
• Operate fabrication equipment, grinders, plasma cutters, and welders
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Follow safety standards and work efficiently with the team

Requirements

• Metal fabrication and welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to lift 30 lbs. as needed

What You Will Do

As a Fabricator you will prepare materials, set up welding equipment, perform MIG welding operations, inspect completed welds, read blueprints, verify measurements, and help fabricate metal components according to engineering specifications. You will maintain welding equipment, follow quality standards, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations while producing consistent, high-quality work.

The Fabricator plays an important role in manufacturing by producing quality welded assemblies that support a wide range of industrial applications. This position requires technical welding ability, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safe work practices.

Successful Fabricator candidates understand welding equipment, metal fabrication, blueprint reading, and quality standards while maintaining productivity and consistent workmanship. Strong attention to detail contributes to successful fabrication outcomes.
