Pay: $23.00/hr + $1.50/hr night shift differential
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, with optional Saturday overtime (1st shift) or Monday-Thursday 4:30 PM-3:00 AM, with optional Saturday overtime (2nd shift)

As a Fabricator, you'll play a key role in shaping steel components. You'll work alongside a supportive team to grind, move, and assemble steel parts, ensuring everything meets quality and safety standards. What You'll Do
As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for:
- Grinding steel components to precise specifications
- Moving and handling materials safely on site
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Supporting the fabrication process by following instructions and safety policies
- Learning and applying fabrication techniques through hands-on training
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Strong attendance and work ethic
- Accountability and reliability
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read a tape measure and work with fractions
- Ability to read shop drawings
- Experience with hand tools and construction or manufacturing (preferred)
- Welding experience is a plus but not required

Location & Schedule:
