Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm
Pay: $20.00/HR
Duties:
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and job instructions
Measure, mark, cut, and shape plastic materials to precise specifications
Operate fabrication equipment including saws, routers, drills, and CNC machinery
Assemble components using adhesives, plastic welding, fasteners, or mechanical joining methods
Perform finishing operations such as trimming, deburring, sanding, and polishing
Inspect parts for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications
Troubleshoot issues with parts, materials, or equipment during fabrication
Package completed components for shipment or transfer to the next production stage
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail — precise measurements and accuracy are essential
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery
Ability to read basic prints, diagrams, or work instructions
Good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new fabrication techniques
Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused work habits
Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
Prior fabrication, plastics, machining, or woodworking experience is a plus (but not required)
