JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible to provide welding and fabrication support for the Energy systems sales, service, rental, and construction departments.

Essential Duties:

• Provide welding and fabrication support for Sales, Service, Rental and Construction Department
• Install vent extensions, & spill boxes on generators
• Install DPF systems & load bank systems on generators
• Work with project management team to spec modification estimates

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Able to do heavy and light welding
• Able to do sheet metal fabrication
• Knowledge of fuel tank and enclosure modifications and part manufacturing
• Ability to do light design
• Proficient in Mig, Tig or Stick
• Must have valid driver license
• Must be able to travel occasionally

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:

2 years welding or fabrication in field work or shop work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Welding or Fabricator Certified

Experience:

5+ years' experience in welding or fabrication in field work or shop work
