Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Produce components and finished goods utilizing hand tools, table saws, upright mills, routers, and other forms of manufacturing equipment.
• Accurately fill out production records to submit to the supervisor for work completed.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to increase throughput or quality of product.
• Self-monitor quality on an ongoing basis utilizing drawings or samples. Bring to the attention of your supervisor any variances to drawings or samples.
• Bring to the attention of the supervisor any repair problems with any of the fabrication equipment.
• Assist in the training of other fabrication employees to ensure coverage in your area.
• Perform all duties with the utmost of Safety in mind. Be an active participant in all company safety objectives.
• Other duties as regularly assigned. Education and Experience
• High school diploma required.
• Experience in the proper use of manufacturing equipment and tools. i.e.: CNC, panel saw, end mill, compound miter saw, air compressor, hand-held routers, circular saws, drills, etc. strongly desired.
