**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Fabricators / Welders** for projects located in or around **Enumclaw, WA.** This is a first shift opportunity and the **pay rate is $33-$38/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder / Fabricator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Fabricating steel and stainless steel components from architectural plans + Welding parts using hard wire and dual-shield processes + Reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and drawings + Layouting, measuring, and marking dimensions on raw materials + Cutting, grinding, and preparing materials for assembly + Drilling holes and machining parts to exact specifications + Assembling structural components with high precision **Requirements:** + 4-5 years of steel and stainless steel fabrication experience + Must be proficient in hard wire and dual-shield welding techniques + Must have strong blueprint reading and structural layout skills + Must have solid understanding of fabrication mathematics and measurements + Must have sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
