Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Fabricators / Welders for projects located in or around Enumclaw, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $33-$38/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder / Fabricator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
Fabricate and weld light-gauge metal angle and tube
Perform flux-core welding on steel materials
Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum
Perform carbon arc gouging on steel
Read and interpret weld symbols & blueprints
Fit and assemble materials according to specifications
Set up and operate welding equipment and machinery
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience as a Fabricator or Shop Welder
- Must be proficient in flux-core welding
- Must be proficient in aluminum MIG and TIG welding
- Must have experience with carbon arc gouging
- Must be able to read and interpret weld symbols and blueprints
- Must possess strong fit-up and fabrication skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
