Fabricator/Welder

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder for a position in Enumclaw, WA. You will cut, shape, weld, and assemble steel and stainless steel components inside a shop environment. This role requires precise blueprint reading and strong technical execution.

Location: Enumclaw, WA (Shop-based)

Pay Rate: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate steel and stainless steel components from architectural plans.
• Weld parts using hard wire and dual-shield processes.
• Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and drawings.
• Layout, measure, and mark dimensions on raw materials.
• Cut, grind, and prep materials for assembly.
• Drill holes and machine parts to exact specifications.
• Assemble structural components with high precision.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4-5 years of in steel and stainless steel fabrication experience.
• Proficient in hard wire and dual-shield welding techniques.
• Strong blueprint reading and structural layout skills.
• Solid understanding of fabrication mathematics and measurements.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
