- 2nd Shift: MondayThursday: 4:30 PM3:00 AM
- Optional Saturday overtime may also be available based on production needs.
Pay: $23.00$27.00/hour + $1.50/hour night shift differential & built in overtime (work your full
40 hours over four 10-hour shifts and receive an
additional 5 hours of overtime pay on your paycheck).

The Fabricator position is typically the
entry-level position and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into manufacturing, welding, or the skilled trades.
No previous steel fabrication or welding experience is required.What You'll Do
You may be responsible for:
Grinding and sanding steel components
Fitting steel pieces
Drill-line work
Drilling and pressing components together
Moving and handling steel materials
Assisting with bridge and structural steel assembly
Preparing bridge components for shipment
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Following production and safety procedures
Learning fabrication skills through hands-on training

Requirements
Welding experience is required.Experience may come from:
Previous welding employment
Welding school
A formal welding training program
Onsite Weld Test
Candidates for Welder/Fabricator positions must successfully complete an onsite weld test.
The test includes:
Horizontal stick weld
Backer bar
3/8" plate
Bend test
Weld inspection following X-ray evaluation
Candidates must bring their own welding gloves and welding shield to the test.
Blast Metallizer $27.00/Hr.
Develop Specialized Skills in Steel Finishing
The Blast Metallizer position offers an opportunity to develop specialized skills in the preparation and finishing of structural steel.
Responsibilities may include:
Blast metal operations
Coating processes
Spray coating
Preparing steel components
Operating specialized equipment
Following quality and safety procedures
This role involves working in a specialized industrial environment and requires employees to follow strict safety procedures and use required respiratory/oxygen equipment and protective gear.
