JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview: The Face Frame Assembly Technician
is responsible for fabricating cabinet face frames according to provided
specifications. This includes milling raw materials to size, sanding to
appropriate grit, and assembling frames using pocket holes and pneumatic
clamps. Completed assemblies are delivered to the CNC area for sorting
and integration. Primary Responsibilities: Mill hardwood stock to
specified dimensions using jointers, planers, table saws, chop saws,
upcut saws, and wide belt sanders Sand components to correct grit for
assembly and finishing Assemble face frames using pocket hole joinery
and pneumatic clamping systems Ensure accuracy and squareness of all
assemblies per shop drawings Deliver completed frames to CNC staging
area for sorting Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance
with shop safety standards Perform quality checks on products and parts.
Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according
to specifications. Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular
production process. Determine work assignments and procedures. Shovel,
sweep, or otherwise clean work areas. Maintain production equipment and
machinery. Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
Operate machinery and heavy equipment, such as forklifts. *
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Required Skills: Ability to read
and interpret tape measures and shop drawings with precision Familiarity
with woodworking tools and machinery listed above Strong attention to
detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Reliability and
consistency in meeting production standards and timelines Willingness to
learn, take feedback, and contribute to a team-oriented shop culture
Genuine interest in woodworking and pride in producing high-quality
