The Facilities Administration Manager is responsible for dispatching of Technician Services to customer locations and serving as administrative assistant to Account Lead. This position will also grow to include additional business functions such as: perform moderately complex accounting activities associated with maintaining a complete and accurate service tracking system. Works under general supervision following clearly defined procedures and policies. The Facilities Administration Manager role works with our customers, service providers, and employees to deliver some combination of our services with excellent customer service, both by looking after facilities issues quickly and completely and by helping clients achieve their maintenance objectives: process, control, cost, information, communications, and quality.

The objective of this role is to ensure the efficient coordination and dispatch of technician services to customer locations, supporting the overall performance and reliability of service operations. By maintaining accurate service tracking, facilitating communication between customers and technicians, and aligning with ABM's operational standards, the Facility Administration Manager plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Compensation: $74,984 annual salary (US Dollars)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
