- Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Place PRs-PO’s in Xiam.
- Submit payments and manage all invoice inquiries.
- Follow up on payments in SAP.
- Plan and schedule Preventative Maintenance and Demand Maintenance.
- Coordinate with external vendors for Preventative/Calibration execution.
- Coordinate with Buyers and Corporate.
- Provide accrual impact to finance.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with preferred software: Maximo, SAP, and Xiam.
