Facilities Administrator

Summary:

• Location: Westfield, IN
• Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Place PRs-PO’s in Xiam.
• Submit payments and manage all invoice inquiries.
• Follow up on payments in SAP.
• Plan and schedule Preventative Maintenance and Demand Maintenance.
• Coordinate with external vendors for Preventative/Calibration execution.
• Coordinate with Buyers and Corporate.
• Provide accrual impact to finance.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of similar experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with preferred software: Maximo, SAP, and Xiam.
