Job Summary:
Provide product support for the Facilities and Access Management Portfolio. This role is the first line of operational support for the portfolio and is desired to have a high level of awareness of the products and use cases within the facilities and healthcare setting.
Desired Work Experience:
This role requires knowledge and experience with application support for capabilities such as Building Automation Systems, Door Access, Badging, Security Cameras, and Environmental Temperature Monitoring, and others. Must have technical problem solving skills, proper documentation skills, and ability to work independently. Entry level PM skills are also desired.
