Facilities and Grounds Reliability Technician
Location: Sinking Spring, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Compensation: Approximately $25/hour, commensurate with experience
Employment Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire
A day in the life
You start your morning walking the site of a family-owned manufacturing campus that produces bird seed and small animal feeds. Before most of the facility is bustling, you’ve already reviewed work orders, lined up materials for a small drywall repair, and checked the day’s grounds plan. By mid-morning, you’ve patched and painted, helped troubleshoot a minor plumbing leak, and verified that emergency lighting is operating as expected. After lunch, you’re behind the wheel of a company vehicle to support a task at another building, then hop on a skid-steer to move materials. As the day winds down, you complete monthly safety inspections, log findings, and prep for tomorrow—all while keeping OSHA and food safety procedures front and center.
