Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations across
two manufacturing facilities (234 and ATC/850), ensuring equipment,
machinery, and infrastructure operate at peak efficiency with minimal
downtime. This role leads a team of equipment maintenance technicians,
and facility maintenance technicians, along with one supervisor, to
coordinate, implement and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective
maintenance programs to support production goals, safety standards, and
regulatory compliance. In addition, the Maintenance Manager oversees
contracted janitorial services, outside grounds groundskeeping, lawn
care, snow removal, and parking lot maintenance repairs, etc. This
position requires strong leadership, sound decision making and
exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage resources and
maintain operational excellence. Duties and Responsibilities: Leadership
& Team Management Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of equipment
& facility maintenance technicians, including a maintenance supervisor
Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance
reviews. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous
improvement within the maintenance team. Coordinate shift schedules to
ensure adequate coverage for 24/7 operations. Manage team overtime hours
to align with operational needs and business objectives. Maintenance
Operations Plan, schedule, and oversee all preventive, predictive, and
corrective maintenance activities for production equipment, utilities,
and facility infrastructure. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns
and coordinate rapid repairs to restore production operations. Ensure
all maintenance work orders are completed accurately, on time, and
properly documented. Coordinate maintenance schedules with production
planners to minimize impact on manufacturing output. Manage maintenance
activities during planned projects during holiday shutdowns. Systems
