We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Supervisor who’s passionate about the maintenance of properties and working with the senior environment.

The Maintenance Supervisor works under the direction of the Facilities & Maintenance Director, and is responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the facility and associated systems. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead daily maintenance operations across all facets of Paradise Valley Estates. This role is responsible for supervising the maintenance team, managing systems, and ensuring the community remains safe, comfortable and compliant will all policies and procedures. The Maintenance Supervisor combines strong technical knowledge with leadership skills and a resident-focused mindset.

Additionally the Maintenance Supervisor safeguards residents’ property, self-esteem, privacy, and confidentiality. The right candidate will also assure residents that neighborhoods are orderly and pleasant.
