We are seeking a dependable Facilities & Event Setup Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming campus. This position is responsible for custodial services, event setup and teardown, light maintenance, and minor groundskeeping.
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain restrooms, classrooms, offices, worship spaces, kitchens, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty trash, and restock supplies.
Set up and take down tables, chairs, and equipment for worship services, meetings, weddings, funerals, and special events.
Reset rooms after events.
Unlock and secure buildings as needed.
Perform minor repairs and report maintenance issues.
Maintain the church grounds by picking up debris, trimming shrubs, and performing light landscaping.
Assist with other facilities duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Custodial, facilities, maintenance, or event setup experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Pay: $14/hour
