Sun Life Health is seeking an experienced Facilities & Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, facility maintenance, regulatory compliance, and vendor partnerships across our growing network of community health centers.

What Youll Do

As the Facilities & Warehouse Manager, youll oversee the daily operations that keep our clinics running efficiently by:

• Leading warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, and distribution
• Managing preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple healthcare locations
• Coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, Joint Commission, fire/life safety, and other regulatory standards
• Supervising warehouse and facilities staff while promoting accountability and teamwork
• Managing departmental budgets, contracts, and operational expenses
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes
• Supporting remodels, equipment installations, facility expansions, and special projects
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment for employees and patients

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or higher in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field
• Valid Arizona Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
