Supervision Received: Reports to Vice President of Administration and Finance.
Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $155,000.00 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Working Hours: 37.5
Classification Status:
This position is classified as a Non-Unit Professional (NUP) and is excluded from collective bargaining coverage because it involves administrative functions requiring a high degree of discretion and independent judgment, consistent with the "Professional" designation in M.G.L. c. 150E. Due to the requirement for handling sensitive information and providing confidential support to leadership, the incumbent is governed by the policies outlined in the MA DHE NUP Handbook.

MassArt is seeking a strategic and data-driven Facilities Asset Director to oversee a diverse portfolio of academic, residential, and real property assets. This pivotal role is responsible for driving asset-level performance, executing long-term capital and business plans, and ensuring that our physical footprint supports the college''s mission of creative excellence. The Director will act as the primary lead for the portfolio''s financial health, operational efficiency, and strategic evolution.
